Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Howdens Joinery. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to our customers, handling claims in a timely manner, and managing internal and external customer queries through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
