We are seeking a skilled Subsidence Engineer to join our team at Exchange Street Claims Ltd.

Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Subsidence Engineer to join our expert team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing subsidence damage to residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site investigations and surveys to identify the cause and extent of subsidence damage.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients, insurers, and contractors.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent further damage and mitigate risks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MRICS / Assoc. RICS / MCIOB qualification or progression towards a professional qualification.
  • Previous experience in subsidence engineering or a similar role.
  • A practical and hands-on approach to work.
  • A creative and analytical mind.
  • A good eye for detail and quality.
