About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our Family Law team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our team, you will provide support to our Partners and Solicitors, undertaking routine legal tasks and managing aspects of files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage files and undertake routine legal tasks under supervision.
- Undertake legal processes, including file opening and billing, under supervision.
- Diary management for senior lawyers, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Draft legal documents using precedents and templates.
- Conduct legal research and present results in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide legal support to senior lawyers and act as a legal resource.
- Take an active role in promoting the firm through social media channels.
- Ensure all work complies with risk management policies and procedures.
About You
We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You will have previous experience in a paralegal role and be working towards a legal qualification. You will be client service focussed, have strong IT skills, and excellent communication skills.
