Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing technical programs from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with customer KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate, record, and report progress regularly to stakeholders.
  • Proactively review and achieve monthly milestone targets for IP CCTV and Access Control installations.
  • Lead the design and deployment of IP infrastructure for CCTV and Access Control systems based on customer specifications.
  • Interface with global customer IT teams for seamless integration.
  • Design and execute installation rollout programs, attending progress meetings across various UK sites.
  • Support national account managers and sales management in program design, implementation, and deployment.

Requirements

  • High-end product knowledge of IP CCTV and Access Control.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and achieve goals.
  • Experience in a customer-facing environment with a successful track record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with network/IP infrastructure and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program planning applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Genetec and C-Cure global systems.
  • Degree in relevant IT/IP subject desirable.
  • H&S accreditation.
