Senior Quality Assurance Manager

At Templeton & Partners, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team and drive excellence in our global client's quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective testing, quality control, and quality assurance processes are in place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and business analysis, to understand requirements and translate them into effective test frameworks.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure clean and scalable design, applicable across multiple projects and streams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring quality deliverables are met within timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, business analysts, designers, and testers, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the team's skills and knowledge are current and relevant.
Requirements:
- 10-12 years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading quality assurance teams and implementing effective quality assurance strategies.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools, including Playwright, Selenium, C#, and Python.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and test management tools, including requirements traceability, test plans, test labs, and defects management.
- Strong understanding of various testing types, including unit, smoke/sanity, functional, system, SIT, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to work in ambiguous or uncertain environments and identify risks.
