Bulk Transport Coordinator

The Transport Planner plays a crucial role in scheduling and tracking job requests while collaborating with the sales team and reporting to the Transport Manager in the daily operation of the Transport Office's services.

• Analyzing and generating routes for the WSH fleet of vehicles, utilizing knowledge and resources at their disposal.
• Liaising with the sales team and reporting to the Transport Manager to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Managing the workload, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and effective organizational and planning skills.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth flow of operations and adherence to Service/MOT schedules.
• Monitoring driver hours and breaks, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Responding to requests from Compliance personnel to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

• Flexibility in approach to work, with a great eye for detail and ability to see the bigger picture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a multi-tasking approach to managing the workload.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with good Microsoft Office skills.
