We are seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to contribute to the success of Flora and Co Associates, a well-established business in Birmingham City Centre. As part of our friendly and positive team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, including expenses, sales ledger, and bank reconciliation.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in transactional finance, particularly those with AAT or QBE qualifications. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, taking on new tasks and responsibilities as you progress.

Our company offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days of remote work per week. You will be part of a stable and welcoming team, with a strong focus on staff retention and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the purchase ledger, including expenses, sales ledger, and bank reconciliation
  • Assist with financial tasks and projects as required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
