About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive solicitor to handle a diverse range of family and matrimonial matters. As a Family Solicitor, you will be managing a wholly private caseload, including:

  • Divorce and financial disputes
  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Cohabitation disputes/agreements
  • Child arrangements and disputes, including grandparents' rights
  • Child abduction/adoption cases
  • Non-molestation and occupation orders

You'll also provide guidance and technical expertise to colleagues and contribute to business development initiatives.
