Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our established ledger team as we embark on a period of growth and expansion. As a key member of our accounts team, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function across our UK and overseas sites.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the credit control process, including conducting credit checks, chasing payments, and resolving invoice queries and payments.
- Allocate customer receipts, including complex settlement discount structures.
- Liaise with UK and overseas sales colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Prepare sales receipt forecasts and highlight debtor problems to management.
- Perform month-end reconciliations, debit note and credit note processing, and customer rebate management.
- Qualified by experience, with a strong background in financial operations and credit control.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and E8.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills, with a flexible approach to work.
- Good communication and people engagement skills, with the ability to work with international colleagues.
