Apprenticeships Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious clinician to join our team as an Apprenticeships Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our Cellular Pathology Service and play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare in Wales.

• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve pathology service delivery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve clinical governance and quality improvement goals
• Provide expert clinical guidance and support to colleagues
• Contribute to the development of training programs and educational resources
• Participate in clinical audit and research activities

• Full and specialist registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
• CCT or equivalent
• Autopsy skills
• Commitment to team approach and multi-disciplinary working
• Counselling and communication skills
• Basic IT skills
