About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious professional to join our team as a Principal Teacher (Pupil, Care and Support) at Webster's High School.

As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support the wellbeing and achievement of our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student wellbeing and achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective support systems for students.
  • Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to student wellbeing and support.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
