Exciting Opportunity for an ECT Primary Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ECT Primary Teacher to join a reputable primary school in the Cheshire East and Stockport areas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic ECT Primary Teacher to play a key role in the progress and attainment of pupils in a KS1/KS2 class. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lessons that align with the KS1/KS2 National Curriculum standards and supporting the creative curriculum delivered by the school.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging lessons that meet the needs of high-achieving KS1/KS2 pupils
  • Understand age-related expectations and scaffold learning to maximize educational outcomes
  • Keep accurate records of data and analyze progress to inform teaching
  • Build positive relationships with pupils based on trust and mutual respect
  • Work collaboratively with the TA, key stage, and wider staff to share advice and best practice
Requirements
  • QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
  • Excellent references to support previous experience in KS1/KS2
  • A CV that covers full employment history with any gaps explained
  • The right to work in the UK
