Hybrid Event Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Conference and Events Executive, responsible for organizing conferences and events across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work flexibly.
Main Duties- Organize conferences on a range of subjects, working closely with academics and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, administer conference fees, and prepare financial reports.
- Promote conferences through various channels, including social media and email marketing.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on running online events and webinars.
- Assist in reviewing minutes, monitoring actions, and working closely with the Operations Director and Committee Chair.
- Ensure seamless execution of events, from setup to break-down.
- Proven experience in event management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional approach and keen attention to detail.
- Salary: £33,350 per annum.
- Holiday pay.
- Pension scheme.
- Hybrid working arrangement (min 2 days in the Southend office).
