Role Description
\We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate live-in carer to join our team at Dominic Care Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients, promoting their dignity and well-being.
\Main Responsibilities
\As a live-in carer, your primary duties will include:
\- Assisting Service Users with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and continence care.\
- Preparing meals for Service Users.\
- Performing light domestic tasks associated with personal care, such as washing up, bed making, and laundry.\
- Ensuring Service Users comply with prescribed medication and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements and Benefits
\To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be respectful and courteous towards others, and demonstrate a genuine interest in promoting the independence of our Service Users.
\We offer a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, paid holidays, bonus schemes, company events, free or subsidised travel, a fully paid DBS check, mandatory and enhancement training, and opportunities for career advancement and qualification.
