About the Role:Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated History Teacher to join an exceptional secondary school in Caterham. The role is full-time and temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Salary Information:The salary range for this position is GBP170-250 per day.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach Key Stage 3 and 4 History in an 'Outstanding' school setting
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning needs
- Maintain up-to-date records of student progress and attainment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
- Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply
- Experience teaching History at GCSE level
- Possession of a clean and current enhanced DBS on the update service
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training
- Work in an 'Outstanding' SEN school with supportive colleagues
