Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Sittingbourne. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the UK HR team with the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR admin queries across the department.
  • Coordinate and manage training requests, including DCLA training and mandatory course administration.
  • Organise company events and manage the ordering and processing of long service awards and company gifts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using the HR database.
  • Administer employee benefits packages and manage absence records, including processing return-to-work documents.
  • Provide recruitment administration support, including preparing and posting job adverts, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
  • Help to roll out and engage employees with Groupwide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
