Receptionist - Malmaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Malmaison. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
• Assist with room maintenance, reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant departments.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, hospitality, and technology.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
