Space Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Planner to join our team at Colliers International EMEA. As a Space Planner, you will play a key role in delivering strategic occupancy and space planning projects across our EMEA portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement space planning strategies to optimize occupancy and utilization of our EMEA portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to design and deliver space reconfigurations and people moves.
- Work closely with our moves and changes team, construction teams, and cost management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor and maintain accurate stacking plans to ensure compliance with policy standards.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform our clients' real estate strategy reviews and reporting.
- Manage various space environments, including agile working and traditional 1:1 spaces.
- Develop migration plans and sequencing of moves/relocations to business as usual and project-related activity.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and building limitations.
- Prior experience in a similar space planning position role is essential.
- Advanced knowledge and ability to use AutoCAD and CAFM systems.
- Great analytical skills with a high degree of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal and external clients.
- Detail-focused and organized with the ability to action tasks in a timely manner.
- A collaborative team player who is comfortable working across teams.
