We are seeking a skilled Care Support Professional to join our team at Dvanguard Ltd.
**Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to individuals who require support due to age, illness, or disability. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with individuals in a vulnerable state, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong organisational skills to manage tasks associated with the job, from personal care duties to medication schedules.
- Problem-solving skills and resilience to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Care Certificate or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
- First aid knowledge and a valid driving licence (desirable).
**Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £24,500 - £30,000 per annum.
