- **Communication and Teamwork:**
- Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teaching staff, parents, and students.
Requirements:
- **Qualifications:**
- A relevant qualification in education or special educational needs.
- **Experience:**
- Prior experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or special educational needs.
- **Knowledge and Skills:**
- Understanding of different learning styles and strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Patience and empathy towards students.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
Working Conditions:
This role involves working within a school environment, following school hours and term times. May require occasional participation in school events or meetings outside regular hours.
