HR Specialist

Oakford Technology Careers is a leading Cloud and Managed Service Provider with a strong presence in the South West region. We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team as a key member of our People & Culture department.

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a modern world approach to People & Culture within our organisation of 70 colleagues. You must be a positive, friendly, and sociable team player with a sincere passion for people and the importance of wellbeing.

Candidates may have worked in a similar P&C role previously, or have leadership or relationship management experience. As an excellent communicator with an appropriate level of confidence and business acumen, you will play a vital role in driving results and enhancing our company culture.

The salary for this position is £28,000 per annum, reflecting the high demand for skilled professionals in our industry and the competitive compensation package we offer.
