Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance and organization of the laboratory, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
- Support the production team with sample preparation, testing, and quality control.
- Perform equipment calibrations, cleaning, and troubleshooting, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality control issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience in a laboratory or quality control environment.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
