Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on commercial properties
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities
The successful candidate will have a competitive salary of up to £48,000, with opportunities for overtime and career progression. The role requires a strong understanding of mechanical building services and facilities maintenance.
