Full-time Position Available

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Motor Vehicle department as a lecturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and learning, providing excellent support to students, and delivering engaging and well-planned lessons within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching across levels 2 and 3, supporting students to achieve and meet the expectations of teaching within the FE sector.
• Delivering high-quality lessons, ensuring students receive a comprehensive education in motor vehicle technology.
• Providing individualized support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Requirements:

• A level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification as a minimum.
• A teaching qualification, such as a level 4, or a willingness to work towards one.
• Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
