Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and hardworking Labourer to join our team at Hunterskill Recruitment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning duties on site.
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
  • Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Notify the supervisor of any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area consistently.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
  • A valid driver's licence is essential for this role.
