Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Surveyor to join our team at a reputable construction consultancy. As a Project Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting condition surveys, feasibility studies, site inspections, quality management, design coordination, managing tenders and procurement, contract administration, and writing design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct condition surveys and feasibility studies to identify potential issues and opportunities
  • Perform site inspections to assess the condition of buildings and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage quality control processes to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards
  • Coordinate design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Manage tenders and procurement processes to secure the best value for clients
  • Administer contracts to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements
  • Write design specifications to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards

Requirements:

  • Relevant construction industry experience
  • Full UK driver's license
  • Ability to travel nationwide occasionally
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
