Job Title: Multi-Trader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Trader to join our team at Andbridge Property Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a multi-skilled trade service, working on allocated sites in the Rotherham area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carpentry: Skirting, hanging doors, kitchen fit, and general joinery skills
  • Painting and decorating: small paint jobs
  • Basic plumbing: tap changes and minor plumbing repairs
  • Finishing

Requirements:

  • Experience in joinery and carpentry
  • Good social skills and customer service
  • Asbestos awareness certificate
  • Face fit certificate
  • Public liability insurance
  • Driver's license
  • CSCS card
  • Manual handling and working at heights

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
