Clark Contracts Ltd, a leading privately owned main contractor in Scotland, is seeking an experienced Strategic Project Manager to join its Construction Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the central belt of Scotland, ensuring timely completion and cost control. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading site teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Liaising with Estimating and Surveying Departments for commercial viability;
  • Collaborating on Clark Contracts Supply Chain Management Initiative;
  • Maintaining health & safety compliance and implementing the company's Customers 1st campaign.

To succeed in this role, applicants should have a proven track record in completing projects on time and within budget, holding a current SMSTS qualification, and possessing a high level of Health & Safety Awareness. They should also hold relevant certifications such as First Aid and Scaffold Inspection.

A competitive salary of ££55,000 - £65,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting top talent. The role is based in either Edinburgh or Paisley offices, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
