Role Overview
  • Leadership of the Audit Function: Oversee all engagements from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality audit services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships through exceptional service.
  • Business Development and Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies for the audit practice, expanding the client base.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Maintain rigorous quality control processes across all audits, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

This role requires a commercial mindset, excellent leadership and management skills, and experience in accountancy practice and audit. The ideal candidate will be able to sign off on audits, possess ACCA, FCCA, or ACA qualification, and hold RI status.

The estimated salary range for this position is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include standard holiday, pension, sick pay contribution, flexible working hours, and progression routes to partner level.
