About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated finance assistant to join our team at Trial Balance. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance function.
The ideal candidate will have experience in finance administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, including setting up new suppliers, preparing weekly BACs runs, raising purchase orders, reconciling statements, dealing with supplier queries, and processing invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Purchase Ledger:
- Analyse Sales and Volume Data:
- Liaise with Suppliers:
- Process Daily Bank Transactions:
- Perform Bank Reconciliations:
