We are currently recruiting for a skilled CSCS Site Cleaner to join our team at Multistaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on various construction sites across the region, ensuring that new build houses are cleaned to the highest standards.
Duties:
- Clean and prepare new build houses for occupation.
- Remove protective materials and debris from inside the houses.
- Hoover and sweep floors and carpets to a high standard.
- Clean windows frames and other exterior features.
- Perform a final full clean of the house once the building has been completed.
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid CSCS card or have a certificate for a Health, Safety and Environment test.
- Prior experience in cleaning new build houses, industrial or onsite cleaning is essential.
- Must have reliable transportation to bring equipment to site.
- Be a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in their work.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday.
- 8am to 3pm.
Rate of Pay:
£11.44 per hour for trial shifts, rising to £13 per hour once fully trained.
