About the Role

The MHRA is undergoing a transformation, aiming to deliver world-class regulation and improved outcomes for UK patients. As part of this effort, we are seeking a Regulatory Capacity Strengthening Programme Manager to join our Partnerships and Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a sustainable model for the MHRA's regulatory capacity strengthening offer, working with international partners and technical experts.
  • Identify long-term funding streams and deliver existing commitments under existing funding streams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build capacity and enable the MHRA to deliver its regulatory functions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in international development programme management, including financial management and working to UK FCDO programme requirements.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to see the big picture and drive change.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and technical experts.
