About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Development Manager to lead our development team in creating high-quality solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the development team, guiding them through the development process while staying hands-on with full stack implementation to maintain a deep understanding of the solutions.
  • Handle data management, including working with both SQL and No-SQL databases.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in C# development and ASP.NET, specifically working with REST Web APIs.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading development teams and possess strong expertise in working with a variety of Azure services, including Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Kubernetes Services, Event Hubs, Service Bus, and Blob Storage.
  • Solid command of querying various RDBMS and No-SQL database platforms, with the ability to adapt and apply your skills to new platforms as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent technical skills in C#,.NET, and Azure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
