Job Title: Success Manager for Customer Growth

We are Unity Five Ltd, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the parking and traffic management industry. We are seeking an experienced Success Manager for Customer Growth to join our team.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through proactive engagement, effective communication, and collaborative problem-solving. You will work closely with our Implementation team, Account Management, and Support team to develop and execute tailored success plans that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

You will have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer success plans that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Analyze customer data to inform business decisions
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and develop actionable insights
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
