Project Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our project managers and consultants, ensuring the smooth execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from inception to completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related communications.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a project administration or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
