We are seeking a skilled Facilities & Fleet Manager to join our team at Technical Prospects Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our buildings and facilities, supporting the company in developing site procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our sites, ensuring that they are safe and operational at all times
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement site procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and manage budgets to ensure that expenses are within approved limits
