Industrialisation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Industrialisation Engineer to join our team at Survitec. As an Industrialisation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in introducing new products into our production system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure new products and processes are introduced efficiently and controllably.
  • Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes to ensure repeatability and scalability.
  • Establish and innovate production systems to enhance capabilities and reduce risk.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive manufacturing process documentation and control plans.
  • Manage project plans for specific industrialisation projects across defined products.
  • Communicate industrialisation strategy and business plan actions to the team and relevant stakeholders.
About You:
  • Strong experience and understanding of PFMEA's and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
  • University/Post-graduate/Master's Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in introducing new products into operational environments.
  • Formal 6 Sigma knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry or a similar highly regulated industry.
