About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner, supporting the delivery of Community Mental Health Services. As a highly skilled and motivated Mental Health Professional, you will be part of the Enhanced Primary Care team at the forefront of establishing this innovative development in Primary Care Mental Health Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychological and non-psychological treatments for common mental health disorders.
- Work autonomously and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the North East Essex Health and Wellbeing Alliance to deliver a first-class offering to people in their communities.
- Support the transformation of mental health services, creating more capacity and making services more inclusive and accessible.
