About the Role:
- You will be a role model, empowering and supporting children to deliver live performances at termly concerts.
- Offer children their first opportunity to play an instrument, developing their confidence, resilience, and well-being through performing in a band.
- Build strong relationships with schools, teachers, and parents as the face of Rocksteady.
Requirements:
- A driving license and own transport are required.
- Be a multi-instrumentalist - competent on at least 2 of the following instruments; drums, guitar, bass, keyboard, and vocals.
- Possess excellent communication and social skills with both children and adults.
- Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and well-being of children and young people.
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary: £29,000-£34,000 based on location and experience.
- Company bonus scheme: £1,500 per annum based on performance and company results.
- 12 weeks paid holiday per year.
- Fuel contributions in addition to salary.
