Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Operations/Production department at Jark PLC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely production paperwork for customer orders.
  • Liaise with Sales team and customers to maintain efficient information flow regarding orders.
  • Utilize SAP system to complete production paperwork, ensuring stock activity accuracy and customer order dispatch.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff and customers for order collection and resolve delivery issues.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, printing, and scanning.
  • Assist with goods returned procedure and customer complaints.
  • Support logistics requirements, including purchase orders, commercial invoices, and courier organization.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SAP Systems.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good numeracy skills.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and prioritize workload.
  • Self-motivated, determined, and capable of working independently.
