Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

At Schneider Electric, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Services Team, you will be responsible for carrying out on-site maintenance to optimize energy use on our client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out Condition and PPM style maintenance on Schneider Building Management Systems across the Devon and Cornwall region for a key customer portfolio.
  • Implement efficiencies for energy utilization, improve user experience, and rectify customer issues.
  • Participate in the on-call out rota to support with out-of-hour customer breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and policies.
  • Provide detailed report writing to drive additional value for our customers.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of software fault finding, including experience in Building Management Systems, PLCs, Automated Control Systems, SCADA, Web Services, or Cloud-based Systems.
  • Experience or understanding of Building Management systems/HVAC is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience or knowledge of electrical circuits and familiarity with drawings is desirable.
  • Experience or knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is desirable.
  • Ability to use standard Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
