Horticultural Apprentice
Pursue a career in plant care and propagation by joining our team at Getting In Limited. As a Horticultural Apprentice, you will learn the skills necessary to propagate plants from seeds, cuttings, and other methods.

Our comprehensive range of products includes seeds, seedlings, plants, and gardening and floristry kit. Our exclusive seedlings are grown for us by our nursery in Lincolnshire, using rainwater to water the plants, in glasshouses heated with a biomass boiler, which uses straw and waste cardboard as fuel.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The role involves training delivered mostly in the workplace with an assessor coming to do work-based reviews, assessments and observations. One day a week attendance is required at Riseholme College to work towards the knowledge part of the apprenticeship and functional skills English and maths if required.
