About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Concierge Officer to join our team at Notting Hill Genesis. As a key member of our Places and Estates Team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our residents, visitors, and contractors, ensuring the smooth running of our estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service to a variety of residents, including diagnosing issues, providing advice, and resolving basic or complex issues.
  • Act as an effective liaison between residents, estate management, and property management teams.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the concierge desk, building and maintaining excellent relationships with residents.
  • Work closely with the Estate Operations Manager to deliver outstanding estate services, upholding NHG's Placemaking principles.
