Facilities Management Supervisor

About The Role
TC Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee a team of operatives on site. As a key member of the management team, you will work closely with the Area Manager to provide support to the site, including training and developing colleagues.
Working Hours and Shifts
35 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including weekends), with flexibility required. Shift times are 9am - 5pm.
Salary and Benefits
£13.50 per hour, with a range of benefits including assistance programmes, wagestream, perkbox, and free uniform.
Job Purpose
To manage a team of operatives and ensure service delivery standards and specifications are met and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all staff have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the TC brand.
- Manage the recruitment process for colleagues, adhering to TC recruitment processes and standards.
- Manage the performance of staff in consultation with HR, taking necessary actions to develop staff or improve performance.
- Ensure the payment of staff correctly and on time, following company time and pay processing requirements.
- Train and induct all staff in their role, TC values, and company policies.
- Ensure all staff are trained in and adhere to Health and Safety and COSHH policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their expectations are met.
- Complete audits accurately and on time, carrying out resolution actions within timescales.
- Complete and process necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
- Ensure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order, and used safely.
- Ensure all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and timescale.
