About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Practitioner to join our Relief Pool in Fife. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will provide valued support to our teams and the people we support, helping to cover short or long-term planned and unplanned absences or gaps in our rotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Support individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, such as work, learning, and leisure activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to ensure seamless support and care
