Main Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Practice: Demonstrate expertise in clinical decision making, patient assessment, and care planning, with a focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, leaders, and patients, promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
  • Educational Program Development: Contribute to the design and delivery of educational programs that empower patients and improve health outcomes.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to optimize patient care.

Requirements:

  • Nursing Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, with extensive experience in clinical practice and leadership roles.
  • Education and Training: Master's degree or higher in nursing, with specialization in leadership, education, or a related field.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with healthcare teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth, with a passion for staying current with best practices and emerging trends.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
