Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts to support colleagues in delivering unbeatable customer experiences.
  • Maximise sales by making the most of people's talents and skills.
  • Train and accredit new Baristas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes and ranges, and share your knowledge with the team.
  • Drive high standards every time, whether it's through the quality of an espresso or monthly coffee excellence scores.
About You
