Job Title: Visual Merchandising Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional visual standards across our stores, driving sales growth, and leading a team of visual merchandisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly walkthroughs of the store to plan workload and give clear direction to the visual team
  • Work with the floor managers and their teams to ensure brands are merchandised commercially and to their correct identities
  • Effectively coordinate the retail team across operational tasks and provide timely feedback to associates
  • Use expertise to coach and develop the VM and shop floor teams to improve their confidence and merchandising skills
  • Create the desire to buy by consistently delivering exceptional visual standards
  • Be reactive to best-selling and key product in store and feedback to the Head Office VM Team
  • Hands-on in the set-up and documentation of seasonal Model Store across all departments
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to deliver promotions and events that meet deadlines and maximize sales
  • Maintain POS and visual equipment to ensure the store can always deliver a strong visual message

Requirements:

  • Must have experience leading a team in a fashion retail environment
  • Passion for product, brands, and trend
  • Background and consistent career path in retail
  • Experience in Luxury Visual Merchandising or similar role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
