The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting foster carers, conducting fostering assessments, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for placement matching, providing crisis support, and mentoring junior social workers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Social Work, registration with Social Work England, and at least 2 years' experience in fostering. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
