Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Right at Home Aylesbury. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity with a flexible schedule, including early mornings from 7am or evenings from 4pm, and alternate weekends. You will be working closely with our clients to motivate them, assist with personal care, administer medication, and perform various household tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Motivate Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care, including assisting with washing and dressing
  • Administering medication as prescribed
  • Assisting Clients with shopping and housekeeping
  • Meal preparation and serving
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings
Requirements
  • Available for early mornings from 7am or evenings from 4pm and alternate weekends
  • Hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
  • Have or be willing to obtain vehicle business insurance (class 1)
  • Hold UK right to work
